1. Description of Service Minnehaha County currently provides users with access to a rich collection of online resources, including various communications, government records, online information, administrative services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties (the "Site"). You understand and agree that the Site is provided "as is," and that Minnehaha County assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
